Ashley Park Starring in "The King And I" Revival!

Ashley Park (PTG '09, UM Musical Theatre '13) was recently cast as Tuptim in Rodgers & Hammerstein's beloved musical THE KING AND I in its Broadway revival at the Lincoln Center Theater! Tuptim is a very prominent role, including several solos and duets. We are very proud of her!

Previews will begin on March 12th and the show opens on April 16, 2015.

Robert Hartwell Shines in "Motown The Musical"!

Robert Hartwell (Urinetown Director) has been cast in the touring company of the hit show MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL based on the life and times of Motown Records founder and Detroit native Berry Gordy. Robert lights up the stage playing several characters, including a Temptation, a Jackson, a Contour, and Berry's brother Robert Gordy.

When the tour had its Detroit premiere at the Fisher Theater, he got to hob-nobble with some of Motown's brightest stars, including Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Mary Wilson, and Berry Gordy himself. The run is in Detroit October 22nd through November 16th.
